You are a Dynamics professional. Are you a trainer now? Have you ever considered becoming a trainer, or adding training to the services that you offer? Do you become anxious when you are asked to get up in front of a group to speak? If you answered yes to any of these questions, this course is for you!
You can become part of the Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) community by holding an appropriate technical certification and demonstrating instructional skills. This class satisfies the instructional skills requirement.
In this two-day interactive course, you will work with a team of experienced MCTs to learn how to become and excel as a Dynamics trainer. You will learn how to plan and prepare for a class delivery, understand the various delivery methods and technologies that you can use in the classroom, understand and adapt to the needs and learning styles of the students, how to effectively deliver the class, and evaluate student and trainer performance.
In recent years, the industry trend is for more and more classes to be delivered to online audiences. We will compare online deliveries with hybrid and in-person class deliveries, and show you how you can be most effective with each delivery type.
You will be involved in a variety of exercises and will be active participants in the class. You are encouraged to speak in small groups and in front of the class. You will need to prepare and deliver a short (approximately 10 minutes) presentation. We will use the presentation to provide you with constructive feedback and advice so that you can learn about your own delivery techniques. We will help you create an action plan to improve your presentation and instructional skills. You will receive a copy of the video so that you can see what your audience sees and improve your skills.
