Integrating with 3rd Parties Using the New Dynamics CRM Web API
The Web API, which is new for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online 2016 Update and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 (on-premises), provides a development experience that can be used across a wide variety of programming languages, platforms, and devices.  In this class you will learn about the new features of the OData V4 Web API, explore when to use the new API versus prior approaches, and learn how to leverage features the API. This course is targeted to CRM Developers.

Sheila Shahpari, a CRM Architect and Regional Director of BlueBolt Solutions will guide you through hands-on exercises while sharing best practices from their extensive implementation experience.

Learning Objectives 


  •          Learn the basics of the new CRM Web API

  •          Learn best practices regarding when to leverage the new API versus other approaches

  •          Leverage PostMan to test API calls on both CRM Online and On Premise

  •          Create a C# application that uses the new API
