Introduction to CRM for the Sales Professional
Description: As a sales person, the promise of CRM tools is that they help you manage your customer relationships more effectively and sell more deals. If you're new to Microsoft Dynamics CRM, you need to know how to get started and get results. This course will teach you just that. You'll learn how to maximize the use of CRM to increase sales by being more effective in your sales conversations and more efficient with your time. Getting hands-on with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM, we'll cover how to manage Leads, Customers, and Opportunities. You will learn how to create appointments, follow-up phone calls, and track Email from Microsoft Outlook. In addition, you'll discover some basic querying techniques to help you mine your own opportunities along with the analysis tools you need to measure your own performance.
Audience: Sales people, sales managers, sales process owners, or CRM trainers wanting to understand the basic sales capabilities of CRM.
