CRMUG Academy’s Administrator Black Belt Training Program is a structured, four-course series for administrators & super-users. It has been developed for members that want to maximize their Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform value. This class is open to any CRM user.
This training series aims to empower administrators and super-users to “own” their successful implementation of CRM and to provide front line support to business users. Our consulting experts and dedicated trainers deliver the program online to members from all types of organizations, from small businesses to large enterprises.
- Structured program for administrating, configuring and adapting Dynamics CRM
- Four training levels that mix theory and real world, hands-on practice - Blue, Purple, Brown, and Black
- Each level ends with an online lab and test for students
